Facilities
The Steve Tisch School of Film and Television’s technical facilities are designed to support the full production process, combining studios, post-production suites, and professional equipment in one integrated creative environment. These spaces enable the creation of films, television pilots, and other screen-based work at a high professional standard.
Studios
The school’s two studios support film and television production in a professional setting, with modern control rooms and green-screen capability for ambitious visual work.
Editing and Post-Production
From rough cut to final delivery, our dedicated editing suites, equipped with industry-standard Avid and DaVinci Resolve systems, give students the tools and space to realize their creative vision at every stage of post-production.
Gaming and Immersive Media Lab
Equipped with dedicated PC workstations and industry-standard software for game development, 2D/3D design, photogrammetry, generative AI, and post-production, the lab supports immersive and interactive media production, featuring VR headsets, eye-tracking equipment, 360° cameras, and full MoCap systems with specialized suits and software for body, facial, and hand tracking.
Production Equipment
Students work with an extensive inventory of professional motion picture cameras and lenses, industry-standard sound gear, lighting rigs, camera support systems, and dolly tracks — everything needed to shoot at a professional level.
Viewing and Research
Beyond the production spaces, the Anda Zimand Film Archive expands the school’s screening and research resources with on-site viewing and a broad collection of Israeli and international films, student work, television materials, scripts, books, and magazines.
