The school's opera ensemble stages the subversive and topical opera - as always
in four acts by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to a libretto by Lorenzo de Ponte
The opera is based on the comedy Le Mariage de Figaro from Pierre Beaumarchais's theatrical trilogy "Almeviva"
which due to its political explosiveness was banned from being staged in Vienna
