The Unknown Known: Uncertainty and the Moving Image

During 2020-2021, in the midst of the covid crisis, the Steve Tisch School of film and television presented a series of fascinating lectures about uncertainty and the moving image.

Every week, during the two semesters, we had the honor and privilege of hearing from the world leading researchers in the field of media studies: Gertrud Koch, Doron Galili, Michael Renov, Deane Williams, Janet Walker, Philip Rosen, Bill Nichols, Adam Lowenstein, and Daniel Dayan.

All lectures were recorded and are now available to all in this link
